Because you shouldn't pay for a website you haven't seen. We design first, then you decide. Billing only begins once you approve the design—so there's zero risk in getting started. Everything: custom design, premium hosting, ongoing maintenance, security and daily backups, real human support, and unlimited content updates. No surprise invoices — anything outside that gets scoped with you and priced before it starts.

After 24 months you own your completed design outright, at no extra cost. From there you choose: keep everything running at the rate you locked in on day one, drop to hosting-only at $99/mo (infrastructure, SSL, backups, and uptime monitoring — occasional content updates run $95 per request), or refresh with a new design at current rates on a new 24-month term. Text edits, photo swaps, new team bios, service changes, page tweaks, contact info—anything content related. Larger growth work is scoped with you and approved before it starts, or handled every month through optional growth support — Content Support at $99/mo or Growth Support at $249/mo.

Yes. You can move between Essential, Growth, and Elevate any time as your business changes. We'll prorate the difference and adjust your next invoice—no fees, no penalty.

Yes, and you can do it at any point. We can build it as a one-time project instead of a monthly plan, with $99/mo hosting keeping it live afterward — we'll price that with you on the call. If you're already on a plan, the design vests a little every month, and you can buy out whatever hasn't vested; ask us for that number any time and we'll tell you. Two things worth being clear about: hosting covers infrastructure, SSL, backups, and uptime monitoring and nothing else; and owning the design means the finished design and its pages are yours, while the parts wired into our platform — contact-form handling, the update pipeline, analytics — would need rebuilding wherever you move.

No long-term contracts and no exit fee. You can cancel anytime. The design itself vests over 24 months, so if you cancel before then you have a choice: buy out whatever hasn't vested — we'll give you that number any time you ask — or leave the design with us. Your content and domain are yours from day one either way.

Your site is live within 30 days of design approval, or your first month is free. Most projects run two to three weeks from approval to launch, so that window has real room in it.

We can rebuild it from scratch on the Evident Sites platform with a fresh design, or migrate your existing content into a new build. Either way, we handle the transition so there's no downtime.
