No. The call is free and there is nothing to sign on it. Billing only begins once you have seen the finished design and approved it — so if you never approve, you never pay. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
Research and design come first — you see the finished design before paying. Build, test, and launch typically runs two to three weeks after your approval, and your site is live within 30 days of approval or your first month is free.
So has nearly every contractor we talk to. That's the reason billing doesn't start until you've seen and approved the finished design. The risk stays with us, where it belongs.
