We answer. We reply within one business day, usually the same afternoon. No support tickets routed to a queue. You email us; one of us answers.
We don't disappear after launch. Most agencies launch a site and ghost. We launch a site and your relationship with us starts. Months 1, 6, 24, 60 — same team, same standards.
We tell you the truth. If a design decision is wrong, we'll say so. If a request would hurt your conversion rate, we'll push back. If we screw something up, we'll own it. We'd rather lose an argument than let you launch a site that won't work.
We never run away from a cancellation. If you decide Evident Sites isn't for you, we'll help you transition out cleanly — including handing over your content and helping you migrate. We'd rather earn the relationship than trap you in it.

Who we are, how we work, and what happens over the long haul — answered straight.
We're based in New Jersey and work with service businesses across the US. Most of our clients are in the Northeast simply because that's where word of mouth started, but the work is the same whether you're in Sparta or Sacramento. The discovery call is over video, the design preview is shared in your browser, and ongoing updates happen by email. You don't need to be local.
Evident Sites launched in 2025, but it's built on UX Team's work designing and building websites since 2014. One of our cofounders also brings a longer track record running a software company since 2001. The model is new; the people and the craft aren't. We're deliberately a small operation — we'd rather take on fewer clients and actually know each site than scale into something that treats you like a ticket number.
Because the upfront model is what makes website projects feel like a gamble. When you've already paid $5,000–$10,000, you can't easily walk away from a design that isn't right — so you accept it and live with a site you don't love. Monthly billing only after you approve the design fixes that. It also keeps us honest: if we stop doing good work, you leave. That accountability is the whole point.
We're built for service businesses with roughly 1–25 employees who want their website handled rather than managed. Plumbers, electricians, accountants, contractors, attorneys, consultants, home service companies — anyone whose customers find them online, call or fill out a form, and become a client offline.
We're probably not the right fit if you run an ecommerce store, need a complex booking or membership system, manage 50+ locations, or want to log in and edit the site yourself. We're happy to recommend better options if that's you — just ask on the call. If you are weighing your options, the trust signals that actually convert is a useful read either way.
Honest answer: we aren't going anywhere. UX Team has been operating since 2014, and the team behind it has been in this work far longer than that. Evident Sites is a long-term service, not a startup experiment.
That said, your contract spells out exactly what happens if we ever did wind the service down. Your domain stays registered in your name from day one — we never own it. All your content (text, photos, brand assets) is yours, and we can export it at any time. Your site's pages are built as standard HTML, so the public-facing site would keep working anywhere it's hosted — a new developer can pick it up and run with it. Anything dynamic (contact form handling, content updates, analytics integrations) is wired into our platform and would need to be rebuilt on whatever you move to. We'd give you reasonable notice and hand off everything cleanly so no one's starting from scratch.
